4. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.


5. Delayed or Lost Packages

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will assist you.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs inspections

  • Incorrect shipping addresses

  • Carrier disruptions

If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with you to provide a replacement or suitable resolution.


6. Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

8. Delivered But Not Received

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it:

  • Please check around your property and with neighbors.

  • Reach out to us within 7 days of the delivery date.
